سد الذرائع وتطبيقاته المعاصرة في مجال التعليم

المستخلص

يهدف هذا البحث إلى إبراز بعض التطبيقات المعاصرة لقاعدة سد الذرائع ومدى ثبوت سد الذرائع فيها. يركز البحث على صور من تطبيقاته في مجال التعليم وهي: منع غير الكفء من الطلبة من الالتحاق بالمرحلة الجامعية، ومنع الابتعاث غير الموجه. يظهر أهمية هذا البحث في تركيزه على ضوابط سد الذرائع والاجتهاد الذرائعي بشكل عام للوصول إلى مدى ثبوت هذه الضوابط وتوفرها في هذه التطبيقات. ولتحقيق أهداف البحث، استخدم الباحث المنهج الاستقرائي والمنهج التحليلي للوقوف على الضوابط التي تقود هذا الاجتهاد الذرائعي وتوصل البحث إلى توفر جميع ضوابط العمل بسد الذرائع في منع الابتعاث غير الموجه ومنع غير الكفء من الطلبة من الالتحاق بالمرحلة الجامعية
This research aims to highlight some of the contemporary applications of the Rule of Armor Dam and how proven it is. The research focuses on some of its applications in the field of education: preventing incompetent students from attending university, and preventing unguided scholarship. This research is important because it focuses on the rules of pretension and reasoning in general in order to determine the reliability and availability of these controls in these applications. To achieve the objectives of the research, the researcher used the inductive and analytical methods to identify the rules that lead to this theoretical interpretation. The research found that all the work controls are available under the pretense of preventing undirected transmission and preventing incompetent students from entering university
